You retain ownership of any content you upload to TEEDAY (for example, scorecard photos, society sponsor logos, or notes you add to events).

By uploading content, you grant Stradbrook Software a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and process that content for the sole purpose of operating the TEEDAY service for you and your society. 13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stradbrook Software's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to TEEDAY is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of reputation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
