Support
For help with the TEEDAY app, you're in the right place.
Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
We aim to reply within two working days. During pilot we read every message ourselves — there's no automated tier — so please give us a little context about what's going on and we'll come back to you.
Reporting a bug
If something in the app isn't working, drop us a line at hello@teeday.ie with as much of the following as you can:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The phone you're using (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24).
- Your operating system version (Settings → General → About on iOS; Settings → About phone on Android).
- The TEEDAY app version (Settings within the app).
- A screenshot or short video, if it helps explain.
The more detail you can include, the faster we can fix it.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign up?
Download the TEEDAY app, enter your mobile phone number, and tap "Send code". A six-digit code will arrive by SMS within a few seconds. Enter it in the app to complete sign-in. There's no password to remember.
I didn't receive my SMS code. What do I do?
Check that you entered your phone number correctly, including the country code. Most code delivery is instant, but very occasionally a code can take a minute or two. If it still hasn't arrived, tap "Resend" in the app, or get in touch with us at hello@teeday.ie and we'll check on our side.
How do I join a society?
Your society captain or secretary will invite you. Once they add you, you'll see the society in your TEEDAY app on the next time you open it. If you've been told you should see a society and you don't, ask the captain to confirm they've added you with the correct phone number.
How do I sign up for an event?
Open the society in the app, tap the upcoming event, and tap "Sign up". The captain will see your name added to the entry list. If sign-ups are closed, the event is full, or your captain has set up a different process, the app will let you know.
How is scoring done?
Most TEEDAY societies use Stableford with handicaps. Your captain or secretary records the scores after the round, either by entering hole-by-hole figures or by uploading a photo of the paper scorecard for the system to read. Once results are confirmed by the organiser, you'll see your placing and any prizes you've won.
Can I see my history?
Yes — your past events, scores, and any prizes you've won remain available within the society in TEEDAY, so you can look back at how you've played over the season.
How do I change my display name or phone number?
Display name can be changed from your profile in the app. Phone number changes need to go through us at the moment — email hello@teeday.ie and we'll update it for you.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@teeday.ie from the address you'd like us to confirm with, and ask for account deletion. We'll remove your personal information within 30 days. Past results in any society you've played in are kept in the society's record so historical results aren't altered, but your account and personal details are removed.
Does TEEDAY work outside Ireland?
The app works wherever you have a mobile signal. For pilot we're focused on Irish societies and Irish golf courses. UK and other European societies will be supported in future phases.
Is TEEDAY free?
The core service is free during pilot. We may add paid Premium features in future (such as society sponsor logos and other extras), and these will be clearly marked in the app before you commit to anything.
